"Content Analytics" has inconsistent capitalization

Issue in ./help/content-analytics/content-analytics.md

All instances of "Content Analytics" should be capitalized with an upper case "C" and "A" to avoid confusion with the deprecated "content analytics". The term is now DNT, so keeping consistent capitalization would avoid mistranslations in non-EN locales.
