Sync Call Enhancements

Enhancements to Vaulta’s Sync Call system will enable reusable execution environments within a transaction and introduce versioned Contract Interfaces for capability negotiation. These changes improve performance, support reentrancy, and allow contracts and clients to interact through shared, forward-compatible standards.
