Discord authenticator help

A year or two back i added the authenticator.cc to my discord and I lost my backup codes and i dont know how to get it to work on discord again i need to reset my password because I cannot remember it anymore but I cant without the authenticator and i dont know how to get it to work and i cant remember my backup codes I am not a coder (The person who had me do this was a coder) I dont know what i am doing :I
