[Investigation] - calculate_wrapper_het_header

As I was fixing some linting issues I found out the following function autosubmit/platforms/headers/slurm_header.py:calculate_wrapper_het_header seem not to be used and hence can be deleted if this is actually the case

It is the PJM one the one not used.

We need to check if the PJM platform has GPU and CPU ( heterogenous ). If it has ( I think not tho), we would need to move the het function from slurm to the paramiko platform file

and do a new function for this line: header = header[:-len("#SBATCH hetjob\n")] # last element ( slurm) and the equivalent for PJM in the slurm and pjm platform files.

Hi, Dani and Erick, I can confirm that fugaku (the only platform with PJM that we support) does not have GPUs.
