make demo-coordinator only executes after another command pulls its Dockerfile

Suggested Solution: Update Documentation of Refactor Makefile
A pre-requisite command (like make demo-orchestrator) should be included in where make demo-coordinator prior to it

Environment:

• OS: MacOS Sonoma - Version 14.6.1
• Processor: Apple M1 Max (ARM64)

Suggested Example Steps:

0. make setup-all
1. make demo-orchestrator
2. make demo-coordinator

Error:
