linux binary execution permission

We should add execution permission after downloading the ytdlp, ffprobe, and ffmpeg in the utils when running on Linux OS

That would do the trick:

I ended up implementing functionality without this library (i also needed to add timeout and retry for downloading) and this is how i handled the permissions:

if (OSHelper.GetOS() != OS.Windows)
   File.SetUnixFileMode(ytDlpPath, UnixFileMode.UserExecute | UnixFileMode.UserRead | UnixFileMode.UserWrite);
