[Client] No proposals when CA is invoked at the beginning of a line in TS/HTML file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start and join the session.
2. As a client open a TS or HTML file.
3. As a client, invoke CA at the beginning of the line. (either at 0,0, end of the line, or an empty line).
4. No CA is displayed.

Expected behavior
CA is opened correctly.

Additional context
With Java, JS CA in the empty line works fine.

Different results for different clients:

• Intellij - "No suggestions" message is shown
• Eclipse - java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException is logged and a popup appears with "error while computing"
