Enable OSFV for Dasharo (coreboot+SeaBIOS) on PC Engines #1130
Description
This is quite an extensive task, which for now consists of:
- creating SeaBIOS library in OSFV and self-tests for it: SeaBIOS support open-source-firmware-validation#574
- releasing Dasharo (coreboot+SeaBIOS) with sortbootorder, memtest, and iPXE secondary payloads for QEMU Q35: Rel 24.08.00.01 dasharo-pq#9
- sortbootorder currently does not support the QEMU pflash driver, which makes it crash while running in QEMU
- release sortbootorder 24.08.00.01
- rewrite/migrate tests reported in old regression test results around 151 tests depending on configuration #1149
