Add option for including linked libraries for CAM

CAM PR 784 includes linking the external musica library and its dependencies for use in CAM. An option to pass the flags needed to include the libraries in the linking stage is needed.

It didn't seem like this was currently possible (although I am very new to this system and could easily have missed it). A proposed solution will be submitted as a PR shortly.
