Player platform:

Windows 11, 64 bit 0.8.0 'Paralyze' version of player + latest continuous version, RPGMaker 2K

Describe the issue in detail and how to reproduce it:

When assigning -1 speed to Scroll Map via external tools (cheat engine/tkoolbridge/lcf2xml), the accurate behavior is 1 stage slower (half?) than Speed 1: x8 Slower. As far as I can tell, -1 is the only number that behaves differently. -2 onwards seem to be equal to their positive values. EasyRPG currently seems to treat it as equal to 1.
