AWS-related wrappers need to use Slurm, not SGE #15

AWS ParallelCluster is deprecating SGE (https://github.com/aws/aws-parallelcluster/wiki/Deprecation-of-SGE-and-Torque-in-ParallelCluster). In response, we need to migrate to Slurm.
