The UDP package of server response is fragmented, which results in that the response package can not be returned to the same of proxy worker

When use the multiplue workers of nginx mode, using nginx as UDP reverse proxy, the UDP package of server response is fragmented, which results in that the response package can not be returned to the same of proxy worker. What is the cause of this problem?
