Using Volare to automate SKY130 installation

Description

SKY130 PDK gets copied to a location manually in the installer of eSim:
https://github.com/FOSSEE/eSim/blob/installers/Ubuntu/install-eSim-sky130.sh

Expected Behavior

It may be automated using the following Python Package:
https://pypi.org/project/volare/
