Make references to classes in the docs links to their Javadoc pages

In #299, I found a few different references to classes within our documentation. As much as possible, I think those should be links to the Javadoc pages for those classes. However, that's a fair amount of work and requires the user craft a somewhat obscure URL to get it right. We should look into making that a macro that gets replaced by our Jekyll template (or whatever).
