Shards die until proxy gets restarted after "zombied" message #29

After this the mentioned shards completely stop working, resulting in a bot being unresponsive in some servers. From quick searching I found twilight-rs/twilight#2380, which suggests upgrading to tokio-websockets v0.11.3, and this repo currently appears to use v0.11.0. Not sure if that's related though.
