What?

There should be a default Cron Expression value (e.g. 0 */5 * * * *) when creating a new event definition.

Why?

Makes it a bit clearer what the expected format is (mainly: number of elements), and saves users a little time.

Also very useful for reference: https://www.freeformatter.com/cron-expression-generator-quartz.html , not sure our policy on linking out to other tools or if there is a more appropriate quartz cron tool but IMO its complex enough that a user is not reasonably going to be able to write the expression without reference.
