Mark projects that are being Accelerated

@eddiejaoude If we are marking projects that are currently being accelerated then we need to update the Active/Inactive buttons.

One thing to consider however is that some groups may still be working on projects even though they're not part of the Open Source Accelerator. E.g. I Street Watch

What would the possible options be? Also they could have more than 1 too.
