Systemd integration

Hello,

I would like to use journald as a source for postfix logs, however I have a suspicion that postfix_exporter doesn't analyze them despite having arguments --systemd.enable --systemd.unit postfix.service --systemd.journal_path /var/log/journal. Could you please point me in a right direction to troubleshoot this case?

Hi,
I believe the issue you are encountering is the same as the one previously reported in kumina#55 with a fix proposed in kumina#112 which I've ported over with some fixups. Based on preliminary testing the fix seems to work and doesn't introduce any regressions to other parts of the code, however at the moment I do not have the bandwidth and resource to extensively test systemd-based features so I'll be relying on user reports for any problems with the systemd integration. For the time being, I've release v0.10.0 with the fixes included.

However, you might want to consider porting kumina#88 (reported in kumina#76).

Support for kumina#76 is already implemented, albeit with a different approach, via user-defined service labels. This implementation should cover subprocesses as well as additional user-defined services in Postfix.
