Annotating a point in time and/or space

Use case

I want to identify a point in a recording e.g. singing starts 3 seconds from the beginning or I might also want to identify a point in a image e.g. a pin in a map. I might also want to identifier a point in time and space in a video.

This recipe would cover how to use the Point selector:

Following the discussions on the cookbook recipe meetings, we agree that it is better to make two separate recipes: one for images and (in case) one for video.
