[Excel] - samples don't load on refresh (can't isolate outside the browser)

1. run sample (you can pre-exclude all but excel samples in gulp-samples.js line 40)
   //igConfig.SamplesCopyPath + '/**/App.razor',

2. click some excel samples (just one is needed)

3. click the refresh button in the browser

4. open the browser console window (f12)
