Improved "mark as junk" feature #282

Could you add the ability to Ctrl-Click on the Sell Junk button to enable a faster way to mark as junk? It would be nice If I could Ctrl-Click the sell junk button then every item I click in my inventory is marked as junk until I hit the escape key or click the Sell Junk button again. I have started running a lot of dungeons to farm mounts and I end up selling as junk 99% of the items I get from these runs. In order for me to mark all of the items as junk I have to drag them to the button one at a time. It would be nice to be able to set the addon into a "mark as junk mode" and then just single click on them until they are all marked.
