Async select min length and disable opening menu

1. We need an option for the minimum length of the input value at which loadOptions will be launched
2. We need a property that will prohibit opening a menu based on a boolean value. Useful in combination with point 1.

These are very basic features, the implementation of which outside the library involves very dirty code, although cases when such functionality is needed are quite common.

Writing processing to MinLength in LoadOptions is not flexible.
