Deployed Docker Image for integration into other CI/CD

Hallo,

I need an docker image for this action so that it can be easily used in a GitLab or other CI/CD pipline.

Something like this should work:

FROM: ubuntu:23.10

RUN apt-get update && export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive && apt-get install moreutils jq imagemagick unzip zip nodejs npm uuid-runtime curl -y
RUN npm i -g spritesheet-js
COPY converter.sh converter.sh
RUN chmod +x converter.sh

Shoud be mostly correct, copied it mostly out of my current CI/CD config
