Version-Checks for Applications

Right now, we're using several version checks for Applications like Matomo and Nextcloud.

We deploy the Linuxfabrik Monitoring-Plugins via Puppet to the servers that need them, then use them in checks that are executed from the Icinga2 agent on the target host, reporting it's results back to a centralized monitoring host.

The checks are configured to not wake up anyone at night, and instead create tickets in case something needs to be done (and usually such "there's a new version" situations are something the day-shift can take care of when working through the ticket queue).
