Missing arm64 from ghcr.io/mariadb/mariadb

I see that the images hosted in the GitHub registry are missing all other archs (especially arm64).

Is that expected?

I am not having this issue with others (valkey for example) and I would very much like to ditch docker hub.

Partially, they where pretty much there to push to mariadb-operator test as a functional test rather than designed as a release location. Its not expected for anything to be arch dependent in the tests.

Did you have a particular use case you where trying to resolve with this? (Docker hub outage comes to mind)

I can think of three use cases:

1. Docker Hub outages (as you rightly pointed out)
2. Corporate policies forbidding Docker Hub in favour of GitHub registry (my actual case)
3. Slow but steady deprecation of Docker Hub due to its ever-growing list of pull restrictions (https://docs.docker.com/docker-hub/usage/) for unauthenticated users.

What I can't do like docker hub is rebuild once the base image gets an update.
