Client tests do not run again when client code changes (headless with puppeteer)

Using the latest versions or meteortesting:mocha I only get client modified, restarting when changing client-side code but the tests do not re-run.

I need to either stop the process and start completely new or change server-side code. This is suboptimal for dev workflow. Any insight on this why this happens?

Is this still an issue? Likely as the next contrib I try to repro and fix.

To my knowledge this is still an issue, however I can only say this for using puppeteer as browser driver, doing the client tests headless
