Hello everyone.

I noticed that the main README exclusively contains instructions to run the demo tests.

I would like to propose if the community is also interesting in delivering instructions for general installation process which could be needed to whom want to install this driver into an up and running Kubernetes cluster.

It might also be useful to specify requirements for this driver, like the nvidia-mig-parted configuration as those are not familiar concepts to everyone.

In case there's any interest I can help in that.
