Jetson AGX/Thor and DIGITS Support

Way to install cuda drivers without drive os or l4t drivers from jetpack for that devices.
Also, optix that it should be on drivers, it is not in that devices

I was testing the below container to try ray tracing with LuisaRender on Jetson Orin.

jetson-containers run dustynv/genesis:r36.4.0-cu128

I built LuisaRender in the container image, but it cannot load Optix Library and gives me the below error:

Image from dusty is not with optix.
Also, optix is not compatible with jetson, sbsa devices yes
