Describe the bug

If Freesync Premium is enabled in monitor settings, turning off monitor and then turning it on cause monitor to continuously turn on/turn off. It's not losing any signal.

Always happens when monitor is turn off because of power management and if you turn it off by hand.

To Reproduce

Preconditions

  • Wayland
  • Freesync Premium enabled on monitor

Reproduction steps

  • Turn off monitor
  • Turn on monitor

Bug Incidence

Always

More Info

  • Doesn't happen on X11
  • It can be stopped by switching to tty via ctrl + alt + f3, than back.

Expected that monitor is always turn on without any issues (like it did on X11)

Can't use X11 because on Fedora 42 it's borked.

conceal_vrr_caps param helps to disable VRR without tweaking monitor settings, but looks this looks like bug anyway
