General quality rule for playlist & channel

Hi,

First thank you very much for your work!

It'd be awesome to be able to select general rule for quality when downloading more than one video. Curently it tries to use the highest quality available, but when you download 50 video you don't always want 500 Go of videos.

Would be shown as a preference list, it take the first available

Like

1080p (mp4) > 720p (mp4) > 480p (mp4) > 4k (mp4)

Please note i'm using Windows
