How do i use my cookies for parabolic because the login doesnt work

i want to download a video that doesnt allow me to download without my google account and i need help

Need some more information first...what browser do you use to watch YouTube? Chrome? Firefox?

im using windows 11 on zen browser (firefox fork) and i used "cookies.txt" extension to extract the cookies into a txt file from the youtube website and i don't know where to put it

Go to the setting page in Parabolic and go to the Downloader section. You should see a Cookies File option and from there you can click on the button to upload your cookies file.
