[Bug] - Mapped Collection Consent flow is cyclic #1720

Description
When attempting to download to a Globus mapped collection, even after going through the consent flow. It is not granting access to download the files.
When clicking browse, it is not displaying the collection contents.
It looks like the globus_token and globus_coll arangodb collections are empty. Which would explain why this is not working.
setAccessToken is being called by the web server. The Database is receiving the token but does not appear to be adding it. even though the updating tokens conole log statement is hit.
