Update "Cyton Board Programming Tutorial" Doc

The Cyton Board can be programmed through the Dongle but the failure rate is higher and certain tips need to be applied to make sure the process succeeds. Error modes must be also be documented with a tutorial on how to recover the device.

• Deprecate information re upload firmware for FW 1.X.X and 8-Bit Upload
• Add GIFs and success/error messages wherever relevant
• Check if code examples work and update information where necessary
