Prevent Session Settings to be loaded into HW Settings Panel

Problem

There is no distinction between HW settings files and Session Settings files. If a Session Setting file is loaded into the HW setting panel, the GUI will hang

Expected

Session Settings files cannot be loaded into the HW Settings panel or there is some pop up + catch mechanism to prevent this.
