[Feature request]: AIX RPM package

Use Case

We are looking at migrating from Puppet to OpenVox. We have a large footprint of AIX hosts that are currently running Puppet, but I don't believe OpenVox is building an AIX RPM at the moment.

Describe the solution you would like

Build AIX 7.2 and 7.3-compatible RPMs, if possible.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Continue using Puppet agent 8 until OpenVox build available. Figure out what it'd take to build the agent on AIX myself.

While we'd love to provide this, we have no AIX systems with which to build these on. We would probably require some sponsorship in order to facilitate building these. Is that something your company may be willing to provide?

Or if you have spare AIX machines we could use for the build, that would also be a thing. Wouldn’t it?

Understandable; I can inquire about sponsoring the project so that you could rent an AIX VPS or something, but I'd say it's a long shot.

I could potentially run the build pipeline on one of our AIX hosts, but it seems quite complex. I can take a look at your build instructions and see if I can make any headway.
