Proposal: add the purpose of converting PoB to Python to the documentation

As a fan of Python and PoB, I was interested to scroll by this project.  If you are looking for contributions, a blurb in the documentation about what this project aims to accomplish might be worthwhile.  For example, is this a passion project to convert PoB to Python just for fun/learning, or are there some limitations to PoB that a conversion to Python stands to improve upon?
