[Documentation] Rectify missing images and links in doxygen documentation using wayback machine

There are many (if not all) images missing in the documentation. For example on these sites:

• https://pointclouds.org/documentation/group__filters.html
• https://pointclouds.org/documentation/group__sample__consensus.html
• https://pointclouds.org/documentation/group__features.html

The console reports a 404 Not found. I am not really familiar with the structure of the new website, probably the images moved somewhere else? Or went missing?

Oh yeah, those images were not part of the git. Let's bring them in version control via wayback machine.

Currently the image link is http://www.pointclouds.org/assets/images/contents/documentation/features_normal.png, we can replace it with https://pcl.readthedocs.io/projects/tutorials/en/latest/_images/features_normal.jpg.

If this solution is acceptable I can replace these links and raise a PR.

@duthades that'd be a round about manner since the source for them is the same. Just that readthedocs is able to link despite a space in the url and github isn't
