Revise parts of Manifesto that has been contended by people

Description

There are portions of the manifesto that people have required changing:

• Remove the "New" language as Bernie's volunteer tech was not new (as it was done in Dean and Obama) link
• Provide a deeper context on "Big Money". link
• Put the 12 point strategy in a sorted order of buckets in terms of prioritization. link
• I need a federal tax id to start volunteering. link

Problem

Various readers have requested changes and we need to discuss these as they come in, in a regular basis.
