Enhancement, is it possible to expose the rtp_demux_context->last_rtcp_ntp_time field, which is used for rtsp's ntp field for frame synchronization

I don't have much experience with RTP, but I could take a look at this.

What object should this property be associated with? Something like container.last_rtcp_ntp_time? Or the stream or the codex context?

Also could you give an example of how this could be tested to make sure that it's working correctly?
