Foundation update for matplotlib.finance

matplotlib.finance module isn't found when imported to the Research Environment. An update is needed so that the current module is available in the RE.

When will this be done? I am wanting to plot some candlestick charts of price data from the research notebook, and it seems this used to work, and no longer does.
