Error 0608-1338 with reboot and PIN field not marked 

Hello everyone, please help with the follwing issue, when trying to switch to another profile the system crashes and automatically reboots, this also happens when trying to access a profile that is PIN protected and no pin is entered. Also if possibe to add an information under profiles that are PIN protected as there is no obious that the user can enter a PIN as there is no marking or text.
