Update TDS config file #157
Description
There was a recent change to the behavior of roman_imsim with respect to the drawing method. Within roman_imsim, they have been updated to keep the old behavior by default. I see this codebase as a copy of TDS.yaml. To restore the behavior here, see DukeCosmology/roman_imsim#64 (comment)
