Scrollable lists could be user friendly-er

During my tests with people unfamiliar to the badge, some found the scrolling lists quite difficult to use.

Improvements would be:

• Show scrolling progress in the right sidebar
• Fast scrolling by using the left and right arrows

Fast scrolling as in 'page up/down'? I'd like that especially with the enormous amount of apps we have.
