Feature: Run as UCI engine

I feel like it could be nice to give the option to run the bot as a UCI engine, as it would allow easier analysis.

I'm trying to figure out how to do this my self, but I'm not in a great place mentally and C# is not a language I have much proficiency with.

Perhaps the UCI mode could be enabled by passing a command line argument? ie

$ chess.exe uci

Hi, I'm not really sure what is your expectation here, however if you want your implementation of bot to play against Stockfish (or any other UCI compatibile engine in that matter) - i have added some crude support for UCI engines. Fork is available here

@meonester sorry, but I want to have a bot use the UCI protocol to interact with some other frontend/ui. For example to allow for easier sparring matches, by pluging it into lichess-bot

@meonester I'm reasonably certain OP here is referencing being able to hook up the bot to UCI interfaces, like lichess-bot.

For example, I started building out a translation layer myself to get it talking UCI, based loosely on the video from Sebastian when he did exactly this: https://github.com/b4ux1t3/Seb-Lague-Chess-Challenge/tree/uci-engine/ChessChallenge.Bot

He's not trying to get it to act as a front-end for other engines.

For what it's worth, I really, really want this myself. I've had a bear of a time getting the library working myself.

@MinekPo1 , I just pushed up a "complete" implementation of a UCI engine to the branch I linked above. If you want, give it a try and let me know if it works for you.

@SebLague, are you opposed to PRs that add functionality unrelated to the challenge? I'd like to clean up my UCI implementation and open a PR for it.
