Description
End user goal: As a member of the United Nations Disaster Assessment and Coordination (UNDAC) team, I aim to efficiently request essential supplies for the On-Site Operations Coordination Centre (OSOCC) to ensure that the basic needs of the team and operational requirements are adequately met in a timely manner.
End business goal: The goal is to streamline and optimize the supply request process for UNDAC teams, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of disaster response and coordination efforts. This will contribute to improved readiness and resource management in critical situations.
Acceptance criteria: The request process should be user-friendly and accessible for all UNDAC team members.
Supplies requested should cover all basic needs including but not limited to shelter, food, water, and medical supplies.
Measurement of success: Success will be measured by the promptness and accuracy of the supply deliveries, the ease of use of the request process, and positive feedback from UNDAC team members. An increase in operational efficiency during deployments can also be a key indicator.
