Meeting Minutes
StackStorm v3.9 release
Carlos and Jake will begin the release process after StackStorm/st2docs#1176 is merged.
The St2 host used for the upgrade process has been updated from St2 v3.3 running on Ubuntu Xenial 16.04 to St2 v3.8.1 running on Ubuntu Focal 20.04.
There may be workflow failures or pack errors due to the upgrade, so they'll be fixed as the release progresses.
Marcel no longer uses StackStorm but has offered to help test St2 during the release if there are docker images available. 💓

Jacob is working on system packaging. He's confirmed wheels need to bind against LDAP c lib which are distribution specific so will investigate if wheel tagging can be used to work around this situation.
