Allow limited markup in players' nicknames

It would be nice if players nicknames were formatted too. 

Many servers have custom player's nickname systems, for example, we used it to make colored nicknames and other stuff. 
So I think it would be a good addition to allow markup blocks for player nicknames like emoji embedding, coloring, font styling, but block things like hyperlinks, adverts, images
