Extend annotations to terms commonly used in N3C

- rerun the code that counts up LOINC codes that are commonly used in N3C but not yet mapped in our annotation files
- Decide on the to 500 or so to perform annotation with (Peter, Leigh, Jagadish, Sabrina, Nicole to be invited for the annotations)
