Update list of tested platforms in the documentation #67

Description

@krystian-hebel

Findings from the new tests should be added to https://trenchboot.org/user-docs/test_matrix/#modern-as-of-2025-test-results, regardless of the result. Since the code will be modified, it will have to be rerun on existing platforms as well.

While at it, improve installation instructions regarding ACMs which aren't clear enough (reported by kenosen at Matrix channel, thanks!):

In both the trenchboot.org guide and the 3mdeb blog post for UEFI, step 3 (ACM install) is sparsely documented. Is this common knowledge for most users? I'm not clear on the steps though recall they existed in previous iterations of the documentation, at least for legacy installs.

"Select the correct .bin corresponding to your CPU, using the .PDF included in the zip as a guide, and move the .bin into the /boot/ directory" would probably suffice for the general reader, as "install" is rather confusing.

Changes have to be made in form of PR to https://github.com/TrenchBoot/TrenchBoot.github.io.
