Bug Description

clients <=1.21.4 do not see equipment of other players on server 1.21.8.
if the player removes the armor and puts it on again, I will see it, but if I rejoin on the server, I won't see it again

Steps to Reproduce

1. The first player logs into the 1.21.8 server from 1.21.8 and puts on the armor
2. The second player logs in with <=1.21.4 and does not see the first player's equipment until he updates it

Expected Behavior

Equipment should always be visible.
